This notice explains what personal data AI Automation Philippines collects, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who is responsible
Brainnex Digital Marketing operates AI Automation Philippines and decides how personal data collected through it is used. In terms of the Act it is the personal information controller. The site has no account system and no advertising trackers. It does not ask for sensitive personal information.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages and links are used. It sets cookies in your browser to do this and sends usage data, including your approximate location and device type, to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and the site works the same without them.
The newsletter
The newsletter form is processed by Netlify Forms, a feature of the hosting provider. The form asks for your email address and a tick box confirming your consent. A hidden field records which page you used.
If the publisher uses a separate email service to send the newsletter, the addresses are shared with that service only for that purpose, and this notice is updated with its name. Every newsletter email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to hello@aiautomationphilippines.com at any time.
Consultation requests
The site shows a form offering a free consultation. Requests sent through it are processed by Netlify Forms and passed to AI Automation Services, the service Brainnex Digital Marketing also operates, so that it can reply. The form asks for your name, an email address or mobile number and a tick box confirming your consent. Business name and a description of what you want help with are optional. A hidden field records which page you used.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers that run the site and the newsletter: the hosting provider, the analytics provider when analytics is on, and any email-sending service. These providers may process data outside the Philippines. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to that processing.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of corrections. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in the analytics account. Hosting logs are kept by the host according to its own policy.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have rights that include being informed about how your data is processed, accessing it, correcting it, objecting to processing, asking for it to be erased or blocked, data portability and claiming damages where the law allows. To use any of them, write to hello@aiautomationphilippines.com. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Children
The site is written for business readers and is not directed at children.

When this notice changes, the last-reviewed date at the top of the page changes with it.
