Short answer

HubSpot is a customer platform built around a CRM, with separate hubs for marketing, sales, service, content, data and revenue. Its free tools cost $0 for up to 2 users. HubSpot’s pages list paid CRM tiers from about $15 to $20 per seat a month at Starter, $50 at Professional and $75 at Enterprise, and the pages disagree on Starter, so check the live page before budgeting.

What HubSpot is

A CRM, in the general sense, is software that keeps customer records in one place. HubSpot’s free CRM page lists the basics: contact management, deals, tasks and activities, pipeline management, a reporting dashboard and a CRM import from another tool. HubSpot says the free CRM is “100% free with no expiration date”, unlike a trial.

On top of the CRM, HubSpot sells hubs, each a set of tools for one team:

  • Marketing Hub. Forms, landing pages, email and ad management. The free tools list a form builder, a landing page builder and ad management for Google and social media.
  • Sales Hub. Email templates, snippets, meeting links, pipelines and sales automation.
  • Service Hub. A shared inbox and ticketing so customer issues can be assigned and tracked.
  • Content, Data and Revenue Hubs. Content creation, data management, and quoting, billing and payments tools. HubSpot describes Revenue Hub as “CPQ, billing, and payments software”.

HubSpot’s CRM page says its Marketplace connects the free CRM to “over 2,000 popular business apps” and that the CRM syncs data two ways with dozens of third-party apps. It also says it is “trusted by over 306,000 customers in more than 135 countries”. That is the vendor’s own claim, and this site has not checked it.

Tiers and prices in pesos

HubSpot’s pages show prices in US dollars. They do not show a peso price. Peso figures below are conversions at USD 1 = PHP 62.821, the rate for 9 Oct 2026.

The pages disagree on Starter. The two pages read on 12 Oct 2026 show a different “starts at” figure. The CRM page carries a note that the “Discount available for new customers only. Offer has no set end date and can be discontinued at any time”. The Free Tools page shows a “Save up to 65% on Starter” banner for new customers. Treat the Starter figure as a range and read the live page at checkout.

“Starts at” is a floor. HubSpot’s CRM page says its “pricing page” holds the packaging and limits for each product, and prices differ by hub. The figures above are for the CRM tiers. Marketing, Sales and Service Hub prices were not read for this page, and neither were onboarding fees. HubSpot’s Starter listing also mentions 500 HubSpot Credits and 1,000 marketing contacts with Marketing Hub Starter.

What each tier lists

TierFeatures HubSpot lists
FreeContact management, deal pipelines, CRM import, Breeze Assistant, reporting dashboard
StarterEverything in Free, plus required fields, permission sets, multiple currencies and no HubSpot branding
ProfessionalEverything in Starter, plus AI customer agent, duplicate management, standard contact scoring, calculated properties and custom reporting
EnterpriseEverything in Professional, plus custom objects, organized teams, single sign-on and field-level permissions

The free tools carry limits. HubSpot’s comparison text shows, for example, HubSpot branding on live chat and on 1-to-1 email, 2,000 marketing email sends a month, and one personal meeting link. Read the comparison table for the hub you plan to use.

The AI features HubSpot lists

HubSpot’s free CRM page lists these as part of the free CRM:

  • Breeze Assistant, described as an AI-powered assistant that can “research companies, prep for sales calls, summarize CRM records, and more”.
  • AI content writer, to generate content.
  • Chatbot builder, to qualify leads, book meetings and answer support questions.

Professional lists an “AI customer agent”. HubSpot’s pricing page also lists an Agent Hub with an Agent Builder, a Data Agent and a Prospecting agent. These are the vendor’s descriptions. Nothing on this page was tested hands-on, and any AI that answers customers needs human review. See AI assistants explained and AI agents explained.

What to plan for

Prices are in dollars, per seat. The cost grows with each person who needs a seat, and the peso cost moves with the exchange rate. Whether a Philippine-issued card is charged in dollars, and what fee the issuer adds, is decided by the issuer.

Tier limits matter more than headline prices. Branding removal, email send limits, workflow counts and reporting limits differ by tier and by hub. Write down the three things you need and check each on HubSpot’s comparison table.

Customer data and the Data Privacy Act. A CRM holds personal data. The Data Privacy Act of 2012 applies to the business. Check where HubSpot stores data and what its data processing terms say, and review the National Privacy Commission guidance in the pillar guide.

Connecting to other tools. HubSpot lists over 2,000 Marketplace apps. A tool such as Zapier or n8n can connect apps that lack a direct integration. Check each app’s HubSpot connection before you decide. Odoo is an alternative that bundles a CRM with accounting and inventory.

HubSpot in the Philippines. The pricing pages read show US dollar prices. No Philippine peso price or local pricing page was listed. Courses and certification belong to AI Training Philippines.
