Notes on the table:
- Synthesia’s page also gives yearly billing. Its Starter yearly figures were inconsistent on the page, so they are left out.
- HeyGen’s figures come from its India-region pricing page. Its other regions may show different prices.
- Runway’s prices are for annual billing. The page did not show monthly-billed prices to the reader.
- Google lists Free, Plus and Pro in pesos and bills monthly. The Free plan lists “limited access” to an image model in Google Flow, and the Plus and Pro lines list video generation.
The tools one by one
Synthesia
Synthesia’s page lists credits as the shared unit for video, dubbing and surveys, and estimates length from them: about 12 minutes on top of the free allowance for Starter (1,250 credits a month) and about 60 minutes for Pro (6,000 credits). Estimates depend on the content. The free Basic plan adds a Synthesia watermark, and the Starter plan removes it.
HeyGen
HeyGen lists a Creator plan at 600 credits with 30-minute videos and 175+ languages and dialects for translation, and a Pro plan at 1,000 credits with 4K export. Monthly subscribers’ unused credits roll over for one month, and annual subscribers’ credits accumulate until renewal, per the page. Its Free plan did not state a watermark policy.
Runway
Runway’s paid plans are sized by credits, with 4K upscaling on Standard and unlimited 4K upscaling on Pro and Max. Standard and Pro credits do not roll over, and Max rolls over up to one month of unused credits.
Google AI plans
Google’s subscription page lists video generation on Google AI Plus and Google AI Pro, with Google Flow credits, and bills in pesos. The page does not list a clip length or resolution for video generation. See Gemini for business in the Philippines for the full plan table.

Business use in the Philippines
Faces and voices. A real person’s face, voice or likeness in a video is personal information. The Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173, Section 12) asks for a lawful basis, such as consent. Get written permission from staff or clients before making an avatar or cloning a voice, and check the vendor’s own rules for custom avatars.
Labels and platform rules. Social platforms publish their own rules for AI-generated content. These were not read for this page, so check the rules of each platform you advertise on.
Review. A person should watch every video in full before it goes out. Check names, prices and claims on screen, and have a fluent reader check Filipino text and voices.
Where video fits with automation
A video tool is a content step in a larger process. A workflow tool such as n8n can send a script from a sheet to a tool that lists an API and collect the finished file. Whether a given plan includes API access is not covered on these pricing pages, so check it with the vendor. The pillar guide explains where such steps sit.
