The Business plan is EUR 667 per month and self-hosted only, and Enterprise is priced by quote. The self-hosted Community Edition has no subscription listed.

Prices as published
n8n prices its plans by the number of workflow executions per month. The page states that all plans include unlimited users and workflows. The monthly figures below are the prices shown for annual billing (“billed annually”). The pricing page also has a month-to-month toggle. The month-to-month amounts were not in the page text that was read, so they are not quoted here.

For budgeting, the same plans cost twelve times the monthly figure over a year of annual billing: EUR 240 (about PHP 16,895) for Starter, EUR 600 (about PHP 42,238) for Pro and EUR 8,004 (about PHP 563,458) for Business. That is a calculation from the published monthly price. The amount charged at checkout governs.
About the Pro size. The page shows one Pro size at 10K executions. Other text on the same page mentions Pro plans of different sizes in the Assistant-credit allowance, so check the plan selector for the size you need.

What counts as an execution
n8n defines an execution as “a single run of your entire workflow”. It does not matter how many steps the workflow has. The vendor’s FAQ gives two scheduling examples: a daily schedule is 30 or 31 executions a month, and a schedule that runs every five minutes is about 8,600 to 8,900 executions a month.
The table applies those figures to plan sizes. The first two rows use n8n’s own numbers. The last two are simple multiplication for illustration.

Several workflows add together. A business with a daily report, a message-handling workflow and a lead-follow-up workflow counts the runs of all three.
Free options and trials
- Community Edition. A standard self-hosted version is available on GitHub. n8n’s pricing page lists no subscription charge for it. Server costs and your time are separate. The licence terms apply.
- n8n Cloud free trial. n8n states the trial limits as 1,000 executions, 5 concurrent executions, a 180-second execution timeout and 1 team project. No credit card is required for the Cloud trial.
- Business plan trial. n8n states a 14-day free trial with full access to Business features. A credit card is required for it.
- Start-up plan. For companies with under 20 employees, n8n offers 50% off the Business plan. Eligibility is set on a separate n8n page that this site did not read.
Overage and Enterprise
For the Business plan, n8n states that overage is priced at “4,000 EUR for extra buckets of 300,000 executions”, about PHP 281,588 at the rate above. Enterprise has a custom number of executions and is priced by contacting n8n sales.
Costs outside n8n’s price
- Exchange rate. The plans are priced in euros. A weaker peso raises the peso cost without any change in n8n’s price.
- Card or bank conversion. Whether a Philippine-issued card is charged in euros and what conversion fee the issuer adds is decided by the issuer, and n8n does not publish it.
- Taxes. The pricing page does not say whether taxes are added. The checkout shows the final amount.
- Server hosting for self-hosting. Billed by the hosting provider.
- AI model usage. Calls to an AI model from inside a workflow are billed by the model provider, apart from the credits n8n includes for its Assistant.
- Build and upkeep. The time to design, test and maintain workflows.
