Editorial policy
On this page
This policy describes how pages on AI Automation Philippines are researched, written, checked and corrected. The aim is that a reader, or an AI answer engine, can rely on a page and trace each claim to its source.
Scope
The site covers AI and automation as business tools in the Philippines. It does not publish courses, training or certification content, investment advice or legal advice. Where a topic touches the law, such as personal data, the page cites the official text and suggests asking qualified Philippine counsel.
How pages are made
- Research from primary sources. Vendor pages, government and research bodies, industry associations and named surveys come first.
- AI-assisted drafting. A first draft may be prepared with AI assistance from those sources.
- Human review. A person at the publisher checks the draft against the sources, removes any claim that cannot be supported, and approves it before publication.
- Dating. Each page shows when it was published and when it was last reviewed. The modified date changes only when the content is actually edited.
Sourcing
- Every statistic names its source, period and the date it was checked, in the text next to the figure.
- Sources are linked. Where a primary source is behind a block or a login, the page names the document and its date.
- The site does not use invented statistics, quotes, experts, survey results or case studies.
- Surveys commissioned by vendors are not used as evidence of general adoption unless the sample and method are published.
- When two credible sources disagree, the page shows both and says that they are not reconciled.
- When a figure cannot be confirmed from a primary or clearly attributable source, it is left out and the page says what is not published.
The price verification rule
Tool prices are the most perishable content on the site, so they follow a stricter rule.
- A price is printed only if the vendor’s own pricing page publishes it. Third-party articles and reviews are not used for prices.
- The price is shown in the currency the vendor publishes, with the date the page was read.
- A peso conversion is labelled approximate and shows the exchange rate and its date. The rate is the European Central Bank euro reference rate, retrieved through the Frankfurter API. Your card or bank rate will differ.
- Taxes and fees are not added unless the vendor states them.
- Prices are re-checked when a vendor changes them and at each review. The date at the top of a price page changes with the figures.
Neutrality and commercial relationships
- Tools are described on their merits, with the same criteria applied to each.
- The site carries no affiliate links. If affiliate links are ever added, they will be labelled in the text and marked as sponsored in the page code.
- Vendors do not pay for, preview or approve coverage.
- Brainnex Digital Marketing, the publisher, also operates AI Automation Services, an AI automation service. Pages about tools that service may use carry a disclosure. A box labelled as a related service from the same publisher appears only where building the thing described is a natural next step. See the publisher disclosure.
Corrections
If you find an error, write to hello@aiautomationphilippines.com with the page address and what is wrong, ideally with a source.
- Factual errors are corrected on the page. A correction that changes the meaning of a claim is noted on the page with its date.
- A wrong price or figure is corrected and its check date is updated.
- The corrections log below lists material corrections.
Corrections log. No corrections have been published.
Reviews and updates
Pages are reviewed on a rolling basis and when a source changes. The last-reviewed date shows the most recent time a person checked the page against its sources.
