Why it matters for Philippine businesses
A review step is how a business keeps responsibility for what an automated system does. It is most useful where a mistake is costly or the model is uncertain: payments, refunds, medical or legal questions, and complaints. Reviewing a sample of automatic actions, and every uncertain one, also shows where the workflow needs adjusting.
